A skipper (Hesperiidae), a type of butterfly, prolly Coconut or Palm skipper..
Member of a family of insects in the fly order, Diptera, in which the larvae are known for jumping or skipping when alarmed. The family name means fat-loving, and many species breed in fatty materials such as cheese and meat, where they can become serious pests.
Most skipper flies are tiny (about 5 mm [0.2 inch] long), shiny black in colour, and have long, fleshy mouthparts.Shot in the evening.

Obviously the quality of this picture is remarkable. The definition, the level of light and detail are very good. May I just point out that something more cutting and placing the flower over to the right, allow for a more pleasant visual impression, based on a more balanced composition. Of course, this is a personal opinion and, as I said, the technical quality of the picture is flawless.
