Sikorka modra (Parus caeruleus)(inaczej: modraszka) - niewielki ptak osiadły (niektóre populacje wędrowne) z rodziny sikorowatych, zamieszkujący Europę poza jej północnymi i północno - wschodnimi obrzeżami, Azję Mniejszą, Iran i Afrykę Północną. W Polsce liczne osobniki zimują, część osobników odlatuje do południowej Francji.

A good shot of this little bird. The colours stand out well against the plain background. It is a pity about the very blurred branch in the foreground, but I know how tricky it is to get the shot just right as they are quick to fly off!
